Processing CellCleanGANTRY
The CleanGANTRY processing cell is highly automated — incorporating into a robot. It scans your part and identifies the area needing cleaning. Once identified, it cleans the part — rotating as needed. Once completed, it brings in a new part and sends the clean part on its way through the process.
Because the CleanGANTRY processing cell is designed for automation, it works extremely well in processes that include a conveyor belt and little downtime. It's ideal for automotive automation, including surface processing, adhesive pre-treatment, pre- and post-welding treatment, paint stripping, surface modification, and cleaning parts.
