Historic Restoration and Laser Conservation
The lasers ability to remove contaminants from substrates without damaging the surface makes this technology a great solution for many conservation projects.
The power levels of our laser cleaning systems allow a cost effective use of laser technology to conserve large objects, such as buildings or large sculptures.
RJW-Gem Campbell Stonemasons Inc. is using CL500 and CL1000 lasers to clean the facade of the West Block of the Canadian Parliament building. This is by far the largest laser restoration project in the world.
Our Mid Power lasers (20, 50, 100W) are well suited for smaller projects or delicate applications. The Mid to High Power lasers are perfect for large projects, especially stone cleaning.
