Laser Cutting and Drilling of non-metals
Depending on the cutting application, we are using Nd:YAG or CO2 laser in combination with a high precision scanning technology to cut non metals. The cutting process can be done with a scanned static beam or "on-the-fly". The on-the-fly mode allows for very high cutting or drilling speeds combined with a high precision. The system can make straight cuts or can be programmed to cut pre-configured shapes out of the product.

Current applications of this laser cutting technology are the laser drilling of holes into rubber profiles, perforating of plastics and the cutting of fibers.

Most of our laser cutting systems for flat or rolled goods and our "on-the=fly" applications are based on opitcal tools and use only very little mechanical parts. This results in a high reliabilty of the system and very little maintenance cost.
And you will never have to sharpen your cutting tool again ...!
